Job Summary

A financial company has a current position open for a Remote Quality and Process Improvement Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting pre- and post- performance analysis
  • Measuring and comparing current processes with identified procedures and policies
  • Promoting best practices and implementing solutions

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Three (3) years of quality assurance and/or audit experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Experience with project management software (ex: Microsoft Project)
  • Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into application/operational recommendation(s)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
