Job Summary
A financial company has a current position open for a Remote Quality and Process Improvement Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting pre- and post- performance analysis
- Measuring and comparing current processes with identified procedures and policies
- Promoting best practices and implementing solutions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three (3) years of quality assurance and/or audit experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience with project management software (ex: Microsoft Project)
- Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into application/operational recommendation(s)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
