Job Summary

Providing excellent customer service, the remote Product Quality Assurance Agent will assist dealership partners by documenting information and resolving issues efficiently while working part-time from Alabama.

Key responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to calls from dealers, gathering and documenting necessary information
  • Deliver timely and accurate solutions through various communication channels, including phone calls, chats, and emails
  • Meet quality and productivity targets by understanding project operations and workflow processes
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One or more years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Strong computer navigation and typing skills
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
  • Reliable availability to work shifts within the center's hours of operation, Monday through Friday
