Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Quality Assurance Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor performance quality of call center associates through calls, chats, and emails
- Compile and track performance data using quality monitoring systems
- Assist in coaching agents to improve call quality and facilitate calibration sessions
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of call center experience with at least 1 year in quality assurance
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong understanding of contact center operations and quality assurance roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus
