Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Quality Assurance Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor performance quality of call center associates through calls, chats, and emails
  • Compile and track performance data using quality monitoring systems
  • Assist in coaching agents to improve call quality and facilitate calibration sessions
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of call center experience with at least 1 year in quality assurance
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Strong understanding of contact center operations and quality assurance roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus
