Remote Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Quality Assurance Analyst - Medical Billing.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform duties in accordance with regulations and company policies while analyzing staff accounts for payment resolutions
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of processes, workflows, and documentation for the QA Department
• Compile reporting statistics and discuss productivity and quality assurance results with management

Required Qualifications and Education

• Minimum of 2 years of quality assurance experience in a physician office setting
• Thorough understanding of physician billing and the revenue cycle process
• Proven experience utilizing payer portals and working in a productivity/quality-based environment
• High School Diploma/GED is required
• Proficiency in computer software, including spreadsheets and word processing applications
