A financial services firm is in need of a Remote Quality Assurance Analyst II.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Following written risk and compliance policies and procedures for business activities
  • Identifying errors and may deliver real-time feedback or notification to meet requirements
  • Identifying trends/root causes

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of related experience beyond the minimum required
  • 2 or more years quality assurance, control, operations or process experience
  • Previous experience working in a financial services environment
  • Proficient in analyzing data, problem identification and resolution
