Job Summary
A full-service mortgage services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Quality Assurance Analyst in Brecksville.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Performing quality assurance audits of an assigned sample of loan files that have been reviewed by CrossCountry Quality Control Department
- Ensuring that each loan file complies with all agency loan guidelines, regulatory requirements, internal company policies and procedures
- Attending relevant loan underwriting, credit analysis, or loan program industry trainings when applicable
Skills and Requirements Include:
- A minimum of 3 years of underwriting experience in the retail mortgage lending industry
- Strong working knowledge of HUD/FNMA/FHLMC/VA eligibility guidelines, federal and state laws and regulations, underwriting guidelines, and private investor requirements
- Experience in mortgage quality control preferred
- FHA and VA underwriting experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
