A plumbing supply company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Quality Assurance Associate.

Must be able to:

• Monitor and evaluate a high volume of inbound calls for compliance
• Manage multiple Web based Lead Management tools and CRMs
• Develop and maintain thorough knowledge and understanding of products

Qualifications Include:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to communicate with discretion and professionalism
• Ability to learn customer service software applications and ability to type 30 wpm
