Job Summary

An IT business services company has a current position open for a Remote Quality Assurance Auditor Inpatient Coding Team Lead.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Managing and coordinating with CM/SAM’s QA volumes in assigned clients
• Approving removal of coders on 100% QA
• Managing SLA’s for quality to internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications for this position include:

• RHIA, RHIT, CCS, or CCS-P credential from AHIMA; CPC, COC or CIC from AAPC
• 2 or more years of recent Inpatient facility coding experience
• Top coding skills in specialty area
• Coding test will be administered to demonstrate proficiency
