Job Summary

A privately-held legal services technology company has an open position for a Remote Quality Assurance Automation Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Translating testing requirements and acceptance criteria into tests and test scripts
  • Identifying, reporting and remediating test stability and performance issues
  • Analyzing failed automated test runs, triaging and debugging things that are broken

Qualifications Include:

  • 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance testing and automation development
  • Hands-on experience building and shipping software and web applications
  • Experience with Selenium, WebDriverIO, Cypress (or similar tools and a willingness to learn)
  • Experience with at least one scripting language (JavaScript/Typescript, Ruby, Python, etc)
  • Experience with cross-browser compatibility testing methodologies and practices
  • Experience with testing RESTFUL APIs or web-based applications in SaaS environments
