Remote Quality Assurance Coordinator

Job Summary

A provider of cloud-based software for medical services needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Quality Assurance Coordinator in Madison.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Perform quality assurance review of IME reports, correspondences, addendums or supplemental reviews
• Ensure clear, concise, evidence-based rationales have been provided in support of all recommendations and/or determinations
• Ensure that all client instructions and specifications have been followed and that all questions have been addressed

Qualifications Include:

• High school diploma or equivalent required, but an Associates degree is preferred
• 2+ years IME experience preferred
• Knowledge of the insurance industry, preferably workers' compensation, no-fault, liability, and/or disability claims management preferred
• Experience working in a clinical setting preferred
• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
• Qualified typist with a minimum of 40 W.P.M preferred
