Job Summary
A financial software and business solutions company is in need of a Remote Quality Assurance Data Control Associate II.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Performing online reject-repair
- Physically repairing rejects
- Preparing transit cash letters
Skills and Requirements Include:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of data control/encoding experience
- 1 year as a Data Control Associate I
- Knowledge of CRM,MDB and UST systems
- Knowledge of procedures used to segregate and distribute output
- Knowledge of balancing and correction procedures
