Job Summary

An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Quality Assurance Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Hiring and retaining multiple QA managers and team members
• Strengthening QA practices
• Defining our automation centric SDLC methodologies

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in a fast-paced SaaS software environment leading QA teams
• 5+ years of prior management experience at Director level or similar
• Working experience as a leader in an engineering organization
• Working in Agile where Product, Design, Engineering, and QA work
• Leadership experience managing a multi-team QA organization
