Job Summary

A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Quality Assurance Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading quality assurance initiatives
  • Developing automated testing frameworks
  • Ensuring quality assurance of all of Company products and deployments

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Enjoy working remotely with opportunities to travel to project sites
  • Can write browser automation tests for web applications
  • Are comfortable in a UNIX-like environment
  • Are familiar with web technologies: HTTP, SSL/TLS, REST, JSON, HTML5, JavaScript
  • Have experience with regression and exploratory testing
  • Have some experience with performance and scalability testing
