Job Summary
A company that builds data centers of tomorrow by integrating hyperscale edge capacity with robust interconnection is filling a position for a Remote Quality Assurance Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Driving the quality of our products and services to the next level
- Setting up test environment, including test plans, test cases and test processes
- Working on Test procedures for APIs, platform UI/UX, backend micro-services, and data pipeline
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- BS in computer science or equivalent with 2+ professional work experience in the Information Technology field
- Proficiency in programming with at least one of the following languages: JavaScript, PHP, Python, SuiteScript
- Knowledge of Web services environments, languages and formats, including REST APIs, JavaScript, XML, SOAP and JSON
- Significant experience in using various bug tracking, source control and build release tools
- Ability to establish a set of functional, non-functionable, regression, and production smoke tests to ensure performance, security, and consistency of the product
- Ability to review user stories and provides inputs to make scenarios and tests more discrete, measurable and automation-friendly
