Job Summary

A financial technology company has an open position for a Remote Quality Assurance Engineer in Austin.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

Designing, developing, and implementing testing methods
Designing and creating test strategies and test plans
Compiling and preparing test documentation

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

0-2 years experience in a quality assurance or software testing role
Design test cases and test suites based on business or compliance specifications
Ability to troubleshoot and identify software defects in a multi-system environment
Ability to analyze and associate risk in software defects
Knowledge of networking and networking equipment, server and PC hardware AND
Various platforms basic code/scripts, and basic database management
