Job Summary

A transportation software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Quality Assurance Lead.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Build, supervise, and coach a distributed team
  • Lead the QA effort for an Agile software development team
  • Oversee, evaluate, and manage outsourced QA teams

Required Skills:

  • A QA professional who has at least 5+ years’ experience in software testing and 2+ years of experience with automation testing
  • You have a comprehensive understanding of Agile principles
  • You are a detail-oriented person who strives for perfection but recognizes it’s not always attainable
  • Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Creative thinker who loves problem-solving and can formulate workable solutions
