Job Summary
An information technology company that provides governance and intelligence solutions is filling a position for a Remote Quality Assurance Lead.
Must be able to:
- Understad core business problems and requirements from customers, partners, prospects, sales, and support
- Design, implement and improve company quality and testing standards
- Analyze data in order to find areas for growth and formulate strategies to increase productivity
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience in a role with a direct impact on customer experience
- Display good judgment and be able decision-makers capable of exercising strong time management skills
- Track record of successful program management and strategic operations
- Experience with enterprise products or services
