Job Summary
A software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Quality Assurance Lead Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Leading multiple customer implementations in a Test Lead capacity using onshore/offshore models.
- Assisting customer with UAT planning as needed
- Documenting and communicating QA-related risks to Project Management
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a test lead capacity
- Must have a minimum of 3+ years hands-on experience with Salesforce platform
- Strong understanding of SQA methodologies
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and working experience in an Agile environment is a must
- Experience in large-scale software deployments
- Excellent communication and leadership skills required
