Job Summary
A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Quality Assurance Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing an application, software development unit and/or portfolio of applications
- Ensuring application or portfolio of applications are enhanced and maintained
- Overseeing the development, implementation and execution of project plans
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer science, engineering management or other engineering or technical discipline
- At least eight years experience in software development in a leadership role
- Demonstrated success in application development and in managing a portfolio of enterprise-level applications
- Requires excellent analytical ability, consultative, communication, presentation and management skills
- Requires strong negotiation, facilitation and consensus building skills
- In-depth knowledge of IT concepts, strategies, and methodologies
