Job Summary
A software company is filling a position for a Remote Quality Assurance Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Testing our application for functionality, usability, and security
- Working to increase engineering velocity by owning quality assurance for the product organization
- Supporting multiple engineering teams and product owners across a number of concurrent projects
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in quality assurance
- Work well with engineers as well as non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to look for ways to introduce efficiencies and economies of scale without sacrificing reliability
- Ability to excel at quantitative analysis
- Ability to identify and log regressions, triage bugs, and help communicate status of fixes
