Job Summary
A healthcare data products company has a current position open for a Remote Technology Quality Assurance Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing and develop the QA team
- Acting as a player-coach to help unblock and support the team
- Helping define what good software looks like in terms of DoD, DoR, and metrics
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Outstanding problem solving skills
- Prior experience growing through the engineering ladder either as an engineer, tester or SDET
- Strong experience in test-driven and/or BDD methodologies
- 5+ years working in an Agile engineering environment
- Tactical problem-solving skills and the readiness to get in the weeds when necessary
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
