Job Summary
A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Quality Assurance Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Documenting and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures
- Developing the team to be capable of designing and building automated regression test suites
- Developing and executing test plans and scripts
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in software quality assurance
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems or a related field
- Certified Tester Foundation Level certification (ASTQB or ISTQB)
- At least 3 years of experience building and leading strong QA teams
- Proven track record for transitioning a team from manual to automated testing
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of QA databases and applications
