Job Summary
A financial technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Quality Assurance Specialist 2.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Reviewing Customer interactions to ensure best customer service and protocol is practiced
- Evaluating agent performance on calls and ensure quality is met for regulation standards
- Working within a team to accomplish daily and long-term goals
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 to 4 years work experience in compliance, risk management, customer service or banking operations
- Proficiency with MS Office especially Excel required
