Job Summary

A nationwide direct mortgage lender is in need of a Remote Quality Assurance Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Meeting daily, weekly and monthly internally specified requirements
• Reviewing and validating the initial loan application and third party documents
• Reviewing and evaluating call recordings to ensure all company policies and procedures are being followed

Required Skills:

• Excellent computer skills
• Microsoft Office, Excel and Google Apps experience
• Excellent telephone, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work well with a team environment and take constructive criticism
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage large volume of loan file requests
• Processing or mortgage operations experience
