Job Summary

A lawn maintenance and outdoor services marketplace needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Quality Assurance Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Participate in calibration activities
  • Ensure consistency in quality assurance requirements
  • Analyze agent performance to help our team provide the best support possible

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Must have Call Center QA experience, minimum of 1 year experience
  • Must have a webcam and be comfortable being on camera
  • Ability to provide constructive coaching and feedback
