Job Summary

A consulting company has a current position open for a Remote Quality Assurance Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Collect calls from sales representatives
  • Review the quality of calls and score each section based on the score guide
  • Update the call review document with the required information

Required Skills:

  • Must have QA experience in the BPO or BPO setting
  • Can stay focused even if calls are 1 hour long
  • Able to successfully review calls from different niches
