Job Summary
A staffing agency has a current position open for a Remote Quality Assurance Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Collecting metric numbers for each audited individual on the scorecard
- Checking processes in Salesforce to ensure that data was entered accurately by the audited individual
- Creating training or short videos to support the teams illustrating proper resolve to common problems and teach the “correct” way
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Dependability regarding completion of assignments
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
