Job Summary
A lawn care company is filling a position for a Remote Quality Assurance Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Using a quality monitoring platform to compile and track performance at team and individual levels
- Providing actionable feedback to various internal support groups to identify and implementing workflow gaps and areas for process improvement opportunities
- Participating in calibration sessions with management and outsource teams to improve quality and efficiencies across our support teams
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
- At least 1-year experience with Microsoft Office
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
