Job Summary

A payments company is seeking a Remote Quality Assurance Supervisor.

Must be able to:

  • Manage, monitor, and track monthly quality quotas to ensure goals are met
  • Manage the appeals process and provide feedback to the Quality Team, managers, and associates as applicable
  • Oversight of vendors that support the Quality Management Platform

Required Skills:

  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Effectively communicates with others by giving and receiving feedback
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Experienced in reporting and documentation
  • 5+ years of working in customer service/call center environment, including call monitoring/assessment.
