A full-service residential banking firm has a current position open for a Remote Quality Assurance Testing Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Understanding loan origination and closing process
- Conducting audits of mortgage file documentation
- Confering with Loan Officer, Loan Processor, and/or Underwriters to aid in resolving mortgage application conditions
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3 years of mortgage industry experience
- Knowledge of TRID rule
- Excellent communication skills
