Job Summary

A business services company has a current position open for a Remote Quality Assurance Trainer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Analyzing training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs
  • Developing training assessments and gap analysis to determine requirements and opportunities
  • Developing strong relationship with associates

Qualifications Include:

  • Travel up to 20% of the time
  • Demonstrate knowledge and application of adult learning principles P
  • rior experience working within a sales and customer service organization
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
