Job Summary

A specialty healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Quality Compliance Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Develop, initiate, maintain and revise policies and procedures for the general operation of the overall compliance program
  • Monitor and evaluate state program contracts and Medicaid regulatory requirements to inform program development and reporting needs
  • Provide administrative oversight regarding Patient Surveys

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree, Nursing degree, or other comparable healthcare experience
  • Experience with writing and implementing Policy and Procedures
  • Experience with Project Management
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with internal/external quality auditing
  • Possess intermediate level of knowledge of all laws and regulations pertaining to guidelines of provider and/or healthcare care management
  • NCQA accreditation survey experience, including submission of documents to accreditation agency
