Job Summary
A home loan and mortgage provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Quality Control Appraisal Auditor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support to internal Staff
- Perform analysis and reconciliation of complex appraisal reports
- Provide effective and timely communication of appraisal correction requests
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School diploma
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years related field of work in residential appraisals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Superior writing skills with the ability to clearly and effectively articulate findings
- Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing
- Related experience relevant to Residential Mortgage lending operations
