Job Summary
A home mortgage company has a current position open for a Remote Quality Control Assurance Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Reviewing loan documents for accuracy and completeness per AUS requirement, loan conditions
- Ensuring all issues and red flags during the loan origination process have been addressed
- Ensuring loan meets compliance requirements and TRID guidelines
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1 year of QA/QC experience with a residential mortgage lender or 2+ years of experience as a residential mortgage closer
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to analyze and evaluate information from a variety of sources with excellent attention to detail
- Understanding of DU and LP Knowledge and familiarity with current laws, rules, and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret Title Report, Appraisal, Credit Refresh Report, Fraud Report, Homeowner Insurance Policy, Purchase contract/agreement
