Job Summary

A retail mortgage lender is seeking a Remote QC Post Close Credit Auditor.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Analyzing individual loan files and determining compliance with applicable lender guidelines
• Reviewing and analyzing employment documentation for completeness
• Re-calculating income for accuracy per guideline requirements

Position Requirements Include:

• 4 years’ recent underwriting or QC reviews of current origination
• Exposure to both manual and automated underwriting environments
• Must have strong knowledge of FNMA and FHLMC conventional guidelines
• Knowledge of FHA, VA and USDA guidelines
• Strong knowledge of FHA/VA appraisal requirements and documentation
