Job Summary

A travel company is filling a position for a Remote Quality Control Ticketing Rate Desk Specialist in Houston.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing support for questions related to air contracts, promotions, formats and faring
  • Ensuring that client travel policies are consistently followed and documented
  • Assisting peers within a team capacity by monitoring Apollo and Sabre queues

Qualifications Include:

  • Outstanding analytical and critical thinking abilities
  • Prior native GDS use in Sabre and Apollo is required
  • Strong background in Q/C, airline ticketing, and ticketing requirements and procedures is required
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience working within a travel management company required
