Job Summary
A clinical and scientific staffing company is filling a position for a Remote Healthcare Quality Director in Boston.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Developing and maintaining program dashboard to monitor performance; adherence to schedule, budget, resources, risks
- Developing and maintaining project portfolio by working closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams
- Overseeing multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Deep understanding of of biotechnology/pharma industry across the product lifecyecle (GxPs)
- Organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple complex priorities
- Familiarity with decision making tools and practices including governance models, decision-analysis, etc.
- Excellent written, oral communication and presentation delivery skills
