Remote Quality Engineer
Job Summary
A financial technology development firm has an open position for a Remote Quality Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Maintaining our test plans and expand test coverage
- Providing clear documentation for defects and manage defects to resolution
- Partnering with your quality engineering lead and other engineers to understand and execute test plans
Qualifications Include:
- Experience scripting and automating tests using shell, python or node
- 2+ years of professional experience working with software development testing best practices
- Must Have: Experience with TestRails, Postman, SQL, Github, BrowserStack, mobile emulators
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience creating and executing functional, regression, acceptance and smoke tests for consumer applications
