Job Summary
A software company is filling a position for a Remote Quality Engineering Senior Manager in San Antonio.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Oversee a matrix team of experienced Quality engineers
- Actively coach, mentor, guide and manage quality assurance engineers
- Create vision and strategy to achieve innovations and technological advances
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer science, Electrical engineering, or similar technical field
- Minimum of 5 years of QE experience including 1+ years of hands on people management experience
- Ability to automate, peer review and contribute to automation code
- Prefer experience testing containerized application running on AWS
- Ability to work with offshore development teams in various locations and time zones
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build strong, productive relationships
