Job Summary

A health insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Quality Improvement Coordinator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Working closely with other QI staff to understand audit submission needs
  • Building out operational workflows for the Quality of Care program to be compliant with MA requirements
  • Researching Medicare Advantage (MA) regulatory requirements for the Quality of Care program

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 2+ years working in production/operations including queue, case prioritization/case triage
  • Able to support regulatory audits as needed
  • Experience with quality improvement methodologies, research, and data analysi s
