Job Summary

To support the insurance appraisal process, the part-time Remote Quality Management Coordinator will contact policyholders to explain appraisal requirements, provide technical assistance with photo-capture apps, and maintain work order statuses while working from home.

Key responsibilities
  • Contact policyholders via phone, SMS, and email to explain insurance appraisal requirements and build trust
  • Provide concierge service to homeowners using ASSIST products, assisting with app installation and technical inquiries
  • Keep work order statuses updated and communicate any unusual situations to management
Required qualifications
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated high emotional intelligence with strong listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to organize, prioritize work, and meet deadlines while handling multiple assignments
  • Proficiency in resolving technical difficulties and responding to inquiries from various stakeholders
