Job Summary
To support the insurance appraisal process, the part-time Remote Quality Management Coordinator will contact policyholders to explain appraisal requirements, provide technical assistance with photo-capture apps, and maintain work order statuses while working from home.
Key responsibilities
- Contact policyholders via phone, SMS, and email to explain insurance appraisal requirements and build trust
- Provide concierge service to homeowners using ASSIST products, assisting with app installation and technical inquiries
- Keep work order statuses updated and communicate any unusual situations to management
Required qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrated high emotional intelligence with strong listening and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to organize, prioritize work, and meet deadlines while handling multiple assignments
- Proficiency in resolving technical difficulties and responding to inquiries from various stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills and resourcefulness
