Job Summary

A staffing agency is seeking a Remote Quality Medical Care Reviewer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Auditing and reviewing case manager and provider documentation
  • Conducting ongoing activities which monitor quality of care standards
  • Conducting reviews of Quality of Care and Critical/Adverse Incidents

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor level clinician (RN) or Master level clinician (LCSW, LPC, LMHC, MFT)
  • Experience with clinical documentation, chart reviews, Utilization Management/care coordination functions
  • Experience with healthcare/critical phone monitoring
  • Experience working with total quality improvement or a behavioral healthcare background
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and proficiency with computers
