A real estate group is seeking a Remote Quality Operations and Content Management Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Partnering with teams to fine-tune and build internal and external policies
- Creating, owning, designing, executing, measure and evaluate the QA program
- Measuring KPIs and deliver insights to leadership on the opportunities and risks
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years of management experience (Leader of others)
- Hands-on experience in quality assurance for support teams
- Able to design, map and initiative the need for training and onboarding programs
- Excellent analytical skill and a technical aptitude
- Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced, constantly evolving, and data driven organization
