Job Summary
A technology manufacturing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Quality Operations and Regulatory Affairs Director.
Must be able to:
- Lead the company's Quality Management System corrective action process
- Collect and analyze data regarding Customer Performance (from RMAs, NCMRs, Customer Scorecards, etc.)
- Collect and analyze data regarding Manufacturing Partner/Supplier Performance (from RMAs, NCMRs, Supplier Scorecards, etc.)
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 10+ years’ experience in manufacturing and quality roles
- B.S. degree or equivalent experience in engineering, manufacturing or quality management
- Prior experience with a distributed manufacturing supply base, both domestic and international, is a key experience requirement
- Experience with having lead obtainment (or at a minimum, sustainment) of a certified quality management system such as ISO9001 or AS9100 a must
- Prior experience with Air, Space, Defense, and Medical industries highly desirable
- Prior experience with eCommerce industry would be an asset
