Job Summary
A healthcare group is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Quality Reporting Operations Senior Business Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Analyzing of large data sets used for reporting and QA/analysis of subsequent deliverables
- Responding to client inquiries regarding rate results, data completeness/quality and review member/provider specific concerns
- Developing solutions and process efficiencies to improve delivery times, quality and completeness
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of demonstrated and recent experience reading/writing medium to complex SQL queries
- 2+ years of experience and working knowledge in healthcare data analysis related to quality reporting and metrics
- Health care industry experience with claims, member or provider data
- Experience with HEDIS® and/or Clinical Measures and related technical specifications/requirements
- Intermediate level of proficiency in MS Excel
