Job Summary
A senior care company is in need of a Remote Quality Safety and Clinical Performance Registered Nurse.
Must be able to:
- Support quality improvement activities including data review, audits, and reporting
- Track and report safety events and near misses
- Conduct quality audits regarding clinical staff adherence to clinical pathways, tracks and trends
Qualifications for this position include:
- Current RN License in good standing in the state of practice required
- Four or more years of clinical experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of related work experience
- At least 2 years quality, safety, audit and/or clinical policy experience
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
