Job Summary

A health insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Quality Service Delivery Sales Operations Specialist.

Must be able to:

• Oversee and manage vendor pend activities
• Coordinate and perform medical record collection to support HEDIS® activities
• Perform member and provider level research to resolve pends in various applications

Qualifications for this position include:

• High School Diploma / GED or higher
• Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Energetic, self - motivated, and high commitment to drive to results
• Diplomatic with strong negotiation and resolution skills
• Demonstrated ability to assist with focusing activities toward a strategic direction and achieve targets
