Job Summary
A pest removal service company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Quality Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Utilizing Salesforce to read through Bird Surveys completed by Bird Removal Technicians
- Writing post-service reports for our customers
- Identifying and communicating any missing information or incomplete job results on Bird Surveys
Qualifications for this position include:
- Strong proofreading and writing skills
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work 4 days a week through July 2023 (generally, 8:30AM - 5:00PM ET, Monday - Friday)
- Must have a people-first mentality and is always willing to help others
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
