Remote Quality Support Specialist

Job Summary

A pest removal service company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Quality Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Utilizing Salesforce to read through Bird Surveys completed by Bird Removal Technicians
• Writing post-service reports for our customers
• Identifying and communicating any missing information or incomplete job results on Bird Surveys

Qualifications for this position include:

• Strong proofreading and writing skills
• Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to work 4 days a week through July 2023 (generally, 8:30AM - 5:00PM ET, Monday - Friday)
• Must have a people-first mentality and is always willing to help others
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
