Job Summary
A professional services firm specializing in IT, healthcare, and accounting is filling a position for a Remote Quality Vice President.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Performing current state and gap analysis of current Quality Program
- Developing quality strategy and overseeing annual plans including best practice, innovation, tactics and roadmaps
- Identifying improvement opportunities, and initiating action plans to implement recommendations made
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor Degree in Nursing or other related field required, Master’s Degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within a Managed Care Environment
- 5+ years of experience in a Quality related field including STARS, HEDIS, CAHPS, HOS, Quality Management and/or Performance Improvement
- Experience interfacing with government/ regulatory bodies, including CMS required
- Experience interfacing and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders in a complex, integrated environment
