Job Summary

A digital clinic for multiple addictions is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Quit Smoking Coach.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Speaking to users on a weekly basis through text-based chat and check-in with them
• Onboarding the users onto the program and helping motivate them on their quit smoking journey
• Collecting and analyzing feedback from users of the program

Qualifications Include:

• Undergraduate degree in Psychology or similar
• 1 year delivering cognitive behavioural therapy or evidence based smoking cessation behavioural support
• Very strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Tech-savvy
• Ability to adapt to fast-changing environments
• Ability to prioritise competing work demands
